End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and us regarding your use of our software applications (the "Software").
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
- You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- You may not use the Software to build a competing product.
3. Updates
We may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. This Agreement will govern any such updates unless a separate agreement is provided.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Third-Party Services
The Software may include third-party components, including Google AdMob (Publisher ID pub-4216175199846588), each subject to its own terms.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business.
